New trailer for Atelier Sophie 2 showcases the creator of Erde Wiege
As the release of KOEI TECMO America and GUST Studios’ new entry in the beloved Atelier series draws closer, more details are slowly being revealed for the upcoming game. The latest entry in the series, Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream follows Sophie Neuenmuller as she searches for her friend Plachta in a mysterious dream-like world, called Erde Wiege. A brand new trailer was released today, revealing more details about the creator of Erde Wiege -we’re going to refrain from posting spoilers here, but we’ve linked the trailer below so you can find out everything at your own risk.
To celebrate Sophie’s latest adventure, KOEI TECMO America also announced today that the physical version of the game will include a special reversible coversheet! In addition, KOEI TECMO America is offering a delightful new Limited Edition of Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream, exclusively available through the NISA Online Store. This must-have version of the game contains an art book, deluxe fabric poster, keychain, bonus BGM CD, and an exclusive DLC costume all packaged into a beautiful collector’s box. Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream is scheduled to release across North America on Feb. 25, 2022, for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam.
