NIS brings MONARK to consoles and PC today!
Today marks the arrival of NIS America’s latest title, MONARK. This JRPG sees players’ world plunged into madness when a mysterious Mist surrounds Shin Mikado Academy. In order to save their friends, players must enter the Otherworld to challenge the seven Pactbearers who are corrupting the academy. Develop your Ego and embrace the power of your madness to gain strength. But take care not to delve too far, lest you risk losing yourself.
The game launched in Japan last year and is now coming to Western audiences courtesy of NIS. Developed by FURYU Corporation, the Japanese version of MONARK received a significant amount of success when it debuted. We’ve got the launch trailer below, which gives you a great feeling of the mysterious and horrific atmosphere that MONARK is set to evoke. A special edition is available through the NISA web store, for PS5 and Switch. This special edition includes the game, the “The Artwork of MONARK” Hardcover Art Book, VANI Limited Soundtrack, “Seven Sins” Cloth Poster and “Pieces of Ambition” Set of 5 Acrylic Stands, all presented in a lavish collector’s box.
