POOLS is the latest extraordinary haunting exploration game
Indie horror and mystery are still hot! When weird stories such as The Backrooms came out, they often took the internet by storm. Every SCP story of the SCP Containment universe, which is a universe pretending there are many weird artifacts and all types of horrors among us, is still very much alive as well. A new and “liminal” horror-ish game is POOLS. In POOLS, the player mainly explores a series of (six) chapters that serve us simply something that is. Weird structures filled with water, uneasy sounds, and a complete lack of dialogue or monsters make up for a surprisingly tense atmosphere.
