Puzzler Panic Pump by Digilie Artschool announced

Digilie Studio, the publishing studio of the Digilie art school based in Roma, has announced their latest indie game called Panic Pump. As the developers are passionate about the classic 80’s puzzle games, they wanted to breathe new life in the classic games by updating them with 3D-graphics and a completely new style.

The main goal of Panic Pump is to destroy the glass cages that houses creatures, created by a scientist but trapped by an evil brother-creature. Destroying the glass traps can only be done by making sure the rotors have the correct bubbles – this is where the puzzles truly come to life. As there are ten dimensions -or worlds- with several levels, new gameplay mechanics are added constantly to increase the difficulty over time. Additionally, the player is able to create their own Bumbi-avatars which they can fully customize to their own liking. Each completed level will reward you with accessories you can use to further customize your avatar. Furthermore, you can unlock new worlds where you can create your own levels and share your masterpieces with the online community. The online community will play a big role in the game as Pump Panic will also feature high scores, personal profiles with badges and trophies earned, a versus mode and a co-op mode.

Panic Pump will be released in the fourth quarter of 2014 as a web browser game but it will also launch on PC, Mac, Linux and mobile phones.
