Rayquaza makes its appearance alongside Kyogre and Groudon
The Pokemon Universe get a couple of new additions! Team Magma, under the lead of Maxie have mega evolved a Camerupt, which with its Sheer Force ability will have a boost in attacking moves. Team Aqua which are lead by Archie, have mega evolved a Sharpedo. Mega Sharpedo has the ability: Strong Jaw which ups the power of biting attacks such as Crunch.
That’s not all because Ralts gets another mega evolution: Mega Gallade, which has been given the Inner Force ability.
Primal Groudon has been given the Desolate Land-ability, which boosts the sunlight to extreme levels. Weather effects induced by attacks such as Rain dance, Sunny Day, Sand Stream, Snow Warning, Sandstorm and Hail can’t be used. Water attacks will evaporate. Abilities which normally change the weather typing, will also fail. Groudon learns a new unique attack: Precipice Blades. An attack which hits multiple targets by hurling sharp boulders their way.
The exclusive ability of Primal Kyogre is Primordial Sea, which showers the battlefield with heavy rain. Like the ability of Groudon, Weather changing attacks or abilities will be nullified. Fire attacks will prove ineffective. Origin Pulse is unique to Kyogre. An all out offense with orbs of water, being blasted at the enemy.
Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire will be getting a demo version in which you’ll find a pokemon which can mega evolve. This pokemon can be introduced to the full game when it’s released.
