Release date and E3 2016 trailer revealed for World of Final Fantasy
SQUARE ENIX has finally announced the official release dates of World of Final Fantasy, a title that will be expanding the Final Fantasy franchise for the next generation of gamers. The game will be available on October 28 for Europe and other PAL regions, while North America will see the game launch on October 25 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. In addition to the reveal, the company released a new trailer featuring several characters – including my personal favorite character Vivi.
World of Final Fantasy will feature a new twist on the classic battles via an all-new battle system where players can utilize their captured monsters’ size, element and order to be the victor. Additionally the game also offers endless customization options by allowing the player to level and evolve their monsters, making it much easier to get past obstacles while the twins Reynn and Lann are traveling through Grymoire to recover their lost memories.
Players who buy the day one edition of the game are given the opportunity to call upon the legendary Sephiroth during their epic battles. All the more reasons to be psyched about a new take on the Final Fantasy universe.
