Retro-platformer Ultracore will release in May on PS4 and PS Vita
Some 25 years after completion, the action platformer HardCore, originally developed by Digital Illusions, will be released by Stuttgart-based publisher Strictly Limited Games, under the name of Ultracore, at the end of May 2019 on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.
This game was originally canceled, just after its completion, but Strictly Limited Games has scored a sensational find. Together with some of the most talented minds in the gaming industry, they have worked for the past two years on the game’s implementation on the current generation of consoles.
As a 2D side-scrolling platformer, Ultracore will especially appeal to fans of classic retro action games and offers extensive levels and lots of bosses and mini-bosses.
