Indiesruption and Blowfish Studios have announced the release of Vlad Circus: Curse of Asmodeus. The pixel-art horror adventure expands upon the unsettling world introduced in Vlad Circus: Descend into Madness. It follows protagonist Josef Petrescu, a man scarred by fire and haunted by lost memories. Players are invited to explore the eerie town of San Reno, uncover disturbing secrets tied to the cursed Vlad Circus, and confront Asmodeus, a demon whose presence threatens both sanity and survival.
Gameplay centers on unraveling Josef’s fragmented past by searching for clues hidden within distorted memories and haunted environments. Players must solve environmental puzzles, interact with unsettling characters, and make choices that determine whether Josef can rescue missing friends or succumb to his own fragile state of mind. Failure risks pushing him deeper into madness, while success brings him closer to breaking the curse of Asmodeus.
