Romance of The Three Kingdoms XIV unveils new gameplay elements
KOEI TECMO Europe and famed developer Kou Shibusawa are giving us a peek behind the curtains of new gameplay elements coming in the newest iteration of the Romance of The Three Kingdoms series, more specific Romance of The Three Kingdoms XIV or RTK14 for short. The game is set to launch on February 28, 2020, across Europe on PC and PlayStation 4. In RTK14, it’s up to you to create an officer and come up with battle strategies to claim more land and unite ancient China! You will be able to freely create an officer from your choice whether from imagination or polygonal resurrection of some of history’s more famous military minds. There are over 1000 officers to choose from that are featured in RTK14. If by all means creating an officer is not your thing you can also search for officers with unique character traits and recruit them, then employ them in battle. Win them over and take command of the officer’s ability such as Insightful or Recruiter to scout other officers to join your allegiance! Other officers that have traits such as Duellist, Heroic and Vigorous have a better chance of being victorious on the battlefield. The ‘Abundant Harvest’ will help you increase your supply income. It’s up to the player to find the right balance and unique traits to help you in your mission to conquer China. RTK14 is available for pre-order now at Game and independent retailers Centersoft. For players who purchase any version of the game within the first 2 weeks of the launch, they will be able to download an additional scenario.
