Scarlet Hood and the Wicked Wood revealed and set for release in February
Publisher Headup and Devespresso Games, the developer of the popular The Coma series, have announced the upcoming launch on Steam Early Access of Scarlet Hood and the Wicked Wood, a new story-driven fantasy puzzle game with multiple endings.
Scarlet, the game’s protagonist, awakes in the realm of Glome after being flung over by a tornado. She discovers a vibrant world brimming with magic, beauty, and artifacts from a mysterious culture. Her strange journey begins when she takes up the mantle of the Red Witch and soon discovers a Recursion Hex has her reliving the same day. However, each death brings new opportunities, leading to multiple endings.
Featuring Devespresso’s signature manhwa-style with hand-illustrated graphics by Minho Kim and story by T.L Riven, Scarlet Hood and the Wicked Wood is a vibrant puzzle adventure set within an Oz-esque fantasy world.
