Silly Polly Beast skates onto consoles and PC later this month
Top Hat Studios, Inc. has revealed the release date for Silly Polly Beast, the surreal, story-driven shooter from solo developer Andrei Chernyshov. Equal parts psychological horror and action-packed shooter, the game follows Polly—a perpetually unlucky girl who’s just escaped a nightmarish orphanage—on a harrowing journey through the underworld. Mixing aggressive gunfights with eerie, atmospheric exploration, players will face haunting figures from Polly’s past, solve cryptic puzzles, and uncover the grim truth behind her descent. The newly released trailer, available to view below, showcases the game’s haunting tone and striking visuals, while hinting at the emotional narrative that awaits players.
Described as a “genre-bending” experience, Silly Polly Beast blends elements of survival horror, top-down and side-scrolling shooting, puzzle-solving, and even skateboarding into one cohesive, surreal journey.
