Six Days in Fallujah drops three new maps

Six Days in Fallujah already had a successful launch in Early Access when released earlier this year. This realistic first-person combat simulator focuses on the Second Battle of Fallujah after Al Qaeda in Iraq seized control of the city. To further increase the game’s realism, it has been created with the help of over 100 Marines and Soldiers who served in the battle. Some other elements, like procedurally generated maps, help to simulate the uncertainty of combat and add tons of replayability.

Now the game adds three brand new maps to tell more stories from the war in Fallujah. The first one is the Jolan Amusement Park where your team aims to secure the open-air park. This can be done by destroying the mortar emplacements in the park while avoiding ambushes from hidden enemies. Try your best to survive while being surrounded by enemies and the cover is pretty sketchy. The second new map is Objective Virginia. Here you need to defend the ‘Crazy Horse’, an M1 Abrams tank pushing deeper into the city. Protect this massive vehicle from insurgents and vehicle-borne IEDs. Lastly, secure an Al Qaeda headquarters in West Manor. Hunt down the escaping enemies and keep on your toes to survive this incredibly tense scenario.

Fans can also look forward to 2024 for some more updates. The first one is the “Go” Command where players can take control of AI teammates with unique tactical control. You can also take on some specific moments from the second battle of Fallujah with a bunch of Single Player Missions. All of this builds towards the full release of the game for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S in 2024.
