Sony Interactive Entertainment is showing off some impressive numbers
Last night, Sony Interactive Entertainment have given a look at their upcoming titles as well as a look at their impressive figures concerning sales and user activities
Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced some of their selling milestones for PlayStation 4 and its associated software titles.
- On June 11, 2017, a total of more than 60.4 million PlayStation 4 console were sold to consumers worldwide
- The sales figures of PlayStation 4 software, promoted by leading games such as Horizon: Zero Dawn, remain strong. Worldwide, more than 487.8 million games were sold in the store and digital via the PlayStation Store on June 11, 2017.
The user activities of the complete PlayStation ecosystem are growing thanks to the strong momentum of the PlayStation 4.
- By the end of March 2017, the PlayStation ecosystem received over 70 million active users per month, worldwide
- By the end of March 2017 there are 26,4 million paying PlayStation Plus subscribers worldwide
- At the end of March 2017, active PlayStation users have been spending more than 600 million hours a week on their consoles
