Space Chef gets funded and sees its first stretch goal unlocked
Space Chef is a rather bizarre 2D open-world adventure game based on the likes of Don’t Starve, Stardew Valley, and Overcooked. A bit of an odd line-up but maybe not once you hear what the game is about. You land on an alien planet and proceed to hunt, kill and cook the various nasties living there to make delicious meals out of. The game is in development at Bloo Goo Games and they’re glad to let us know their Kickstarter has been a smacking success so far. Space Chef immediately got 100% of its requested budget funded, and with it unlocked the first stretch goal which adds building your own alien farms to the game. You can keep pledging for 17 more days so be sure to get in on that if you’re interested, after release the game should become available on Steam, Nintendo Switch, Playstation and Xbox.
