Spawn makes his debut in newest Mortal Kombat 11 Trailer
Last weekend Mortal Kombat brawlers from all across the globe came together for the Mortal Kombat 11 Pro Kompetition. After an explosive finale, a new trailer was revealed for new playable character Spawn. Spawn is well-known as the protagonist of the comic book series of the same name created by Todd McFarlane, which also has an HBO animated adaptation. Under his civilian name Al Simmons, Spawn was the best assassin the American government had ever seen, but after being betrayed by his own superiors he has risen from the grave as a Hellspawn with dark powers. Spawn’s introduction to the game will be accompanied by a few new skins, all of this being available on March 17 for those who own the Kombat Pack. Others will have to wait until March 24 to see this new character in action. It has also been confirmed that Spawn will get his own Mortal Kombat-themed action figure.
The trailer, which also features two original songs by heavy metal band Trivium, can be seen down below.
