Synergy’s full version arrives on PC this month
Synergy, Leikir Studio’s ecosystem-focused city builder, will leave early access on April 16th. Synergy is inspired by the French artist Moebius and drops players onto an alien planet, where they must build a thriving colony for their citizens. To properly do this, players have to analyse the environment to expand their knowledge of the ecosystems on this new planet. This knowledge can then be used to place new buildings in their most well-suited position. These buildings comprise the districts of your city, providing significant bonuses to your city’s productivity.
One of these buildings is the research center, where you assign citizens to launch research projects. These research projects can help dictate the direction your city takes as it develops, whether it leans more towards culture or technology. All of this city building has to be combined with maintaining harmony with the environment and keeping your citizens happy.
Synergy launches its 1.0 version on April 16, 2025, marking its official release on PC. This update will also add some more mechanics on top of the currently available early access version. Besides visual and UI improvements, it adds new plants, buildings, a trading mechanic, and water and temperature mechanics. Leikir Studio also improved the resource production management to make it even more seamless. Synergy will be available for a base price of € 24.99 and will offer a launch discount for the first two weeks after its release.
