A secret weapon – one which could destroy the world in the blink of an eye – falls into the wrong hands. The wild card CIA agent Mason “Mace” Brown (Jessica Chastain) is assigned to the case, but finds herself cut off by rival agents: the badass German agent Marie (Diane Kruger), Britain’s former MI6 agent and cutting-edge computer specialist Khadijah (Lupita Nyong’o) and skilled Colombian psychologist Graciela (Penelope Cruz). Agent Mace realizes that they can only retrieve the weapon if they all work together. The agents put their mistrust aside and make a shaky alliance to complete this lethal mission. This quartet of women follow the deadly weapon around the world; from the cafes of Paris to the markets of Morocco to the wealth and glamour of Shanghai, while trying to stay one step ahead of a mysterious woman, Lin Mi Sheng (Fan Bingbing), who is tracking their every move. Will the four international agents manage to save the world, or have they signed their own death warrant with this mission?
