Tomorrow the Outsider dies
Dishonored 2 came out a little under a year ago, and the game already has a spin off stand alone DLC. The star of the game will be Billie Lurk this time around, a character that has some backstory that started in Dishonored.
The powers are all spins on the original powers, but they help the player to get creative in their kills. Return to the Empire of Isles to kill the Outsider as Daud is certain that he’s the center of the hurricane of bad events that have struck the Empire. So what best way to save the day, then to take on a demigod.
