Trailer for PLANET ALPHA released
A new trailer for the mysteriously but so far beautiful looking adventure game PLANET ALPHA has been released by Team17. In this side-scrolling platformer, you’ll explore an atmospheric alien world of which some glimpses can be seen in the short trailer. The game will feature puzzle elements with fast-paced side-scrolling sections as well as stealth mechanics and environment manipulation to create a unique and unforgettable gameplay experience.
What we can reveal of the storyline so far, is that you wake up in a strange world, inhabited by exotic alienated flora and fauna. At first glance, this planet reveals itself as serene, but the longer you explore the land, the more dangers you’ll come across. Eventually, you’ll unlock the ability to rotate and control the planet, a wondrous ability needed to solve the puzzles this world has to offer.
PLANET ALPHA is set to release on all major platforms such as Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC in 2018. An official release date is not yet announced.
