Ubisoft reveals details for Rainbow Six Siege Invitational 2021

The fifth edition of the Six Invitational, the world championship for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, will take place in Paris from the 11th of May up until the 23rd. After receiving permission from the French government and local authorities, Brazilian teams will be allowed to take part in the competition in France, provided they adhere to additional security measures. To ensure everyone’s safety, the event will not host a live audience and the participants will have to follow strict sanitary measures.

Ubisoft expresses their sadness about the fact that Wildcard Gaming will not be partaking in the Six Invitational. With the world’s biggest Rainbow Six Siege Event drawing closer, everyone that worked on the event is looking forward to welcoming the global Siege community and offering them the highly anticipated match that will crown the Season 2020 world champion. During the Six Invitational, the 19 best teams of the world from the four main regions of the Rainbow Six Esports circuit will take on one another in a competitive LAN environment. The group phase will take place from the 11th to the 16th of May, and will see the teams battle for a place in the playoffs. These will be held between the 19th and the 23rd of May and will be broadcast from the historical Palais Brongniart, in the heart of Paris.
