Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong – New video detailing the soundtrack!
The French video game company NACON unveiled a new video focusing on the soundtrack of upcoming game Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong, and in particular its composer, Olivier Deriviere. He discusses his creative process for composing the themes of each of the heroes; Galeb’s sense of justice, Leysha’s tender feelings for her daughter, Emem’s desire for freedom and her status as queen of the night. Olivier Deriviere was inspired by the backgrounds of these characters to create a unique musical world.
In the narrative RPG Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong, which is based on the 5th edition of Vampire: The Masquerade, the player takes control of 3 vampires belonging to different clans of the Camarilla, the secret society that most vampires belong to. to finish. The player plays alternately with the three vampires for different perspectives leading to new insights that help separate fact from fiction. Surrounded by rumors of conspiracy, murder and infighting, the player must protect his clan, discover the truth and above all obey the Masquerade, the vampire law designed to hide the existence of all night creatures from humans.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong will be available in February 2022 on PC (via the Epic Games Store) and consoles.
