Chase after Moby Dick in the new seafaring strategy game Nantucket!
Fish Eagle, in partnership with Picaresque Studio announced a new seafaring game called Nantucket, based on the story of Moby Dick. With the story starting at the defeat of Captain Ahmed and the loss of the crew, you play as sole survivor Ishmael. You will explore the seven seas, fight pirates, hunt whales and look for revenge and redemption by pursuing the great white whale himself.
The game promises the following key features:
- Explore the seven seas and visit cities, hunt whales, land jobs and find adventures all over the globe.
- Following your own preferred play style, you will develop your character in true RPG fashion: by increasing your stats, choosing your reactions, and developing your seafaring skills.
- Manage your crew by giving them tasks aboard and hire more when the need arises.
- Improve your ship with new compartments, expanding your ship’s capabilities.
- Experience an unique story based on your choices and face the consequences of your actions while facing one of the +1000 events in-game.
- Discover new whaling areas and hunt whales for blubber and prestige.
- Protect your ship from pirates using a turn-based combat system.
- Complete quests to unveil the secrets behind Moby Dick and dissolve Ahab’s curse.
