Life Is Strange 2 gets a physical release
Square Enix confirmed that the award-winning complete season of Life is Strange 2 is getting a physical release later this year. Both a standard edition and a collector’s edition will be available from select retailers starting December 3rd, 2020 in Europe, the Middle-East and Africa. In the US and Canada, the physical editions of Life is Strange 2 will be released a bit later, on February 4th, 2020.
The collector’s edition comes with a treasure trove of extra goodies: included is a 4 x 7” vinyl box set with the official soundtrack, a hardcover artbook, and two vinyl figurines, presented in a luxurious collector’s box. This edition will only have a single run. In addition to these physical goods, both the standard and collector’s editions will come with the bonus game “The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit” as well as Arcadia Bay patches content, allowing you to change the appearance of Sean’s Backpack. The physical edition will of course also include the complete season of the game. For those with a digital copy, the final chapter will become available on December 3rd as well, the same date as the release of the physical edition. The game is available on Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
