Red Bull puts Pasha Petkuns inside a giant pinball machine!

Latvian freerunner Pasha Petkuns has teamed up with Red Bull to deliver a unique video. In the aptly named Human Pinball, Petkuns bounces around in -you guessed it- a giant pinball machine. With a height of 16 meters, a length of 23 meters and a 45-degree angle, this massive construction provides Petkuns with quite the challenge. In order to take on the nigh impossible flips, jumps and grabs, Pasha has to use all his skills and experience. The background of the giant pinball machine is an enormous world map, and it also features a plane, the Eiffel Tower and the Statue of Liberty. It took seven weeks to construct and shooting the video took another three.

Pasha Petkuns took his first steps as a freerunner in his home country of Latvia and then moved to the US to work as a stunt double. In the years since, he’s become one of the best freerunners in the world, having won Red Bull Art Of Motion, one of the world’s most important freerunning competitions, several times. During his first road trip through the US, Petkuns became fascinated with old pinball machines, and the idea for Human Pinball began to sprout in his head, with the breathtaking video, which you can watch below, as a result.
