The Free-to-Play Closed Beta of WildStar has gone live!

NCSOFT and Carbine Studios today announced the start of the closed beta for WildStar. Players who got access to the beta will be able to try out all the new and improved features in the biggest content update for this MMO.

The closed beta for WildStar is accessible for all subscribers and non-subscribers alike who received a closed beta key. Players who wish to receive a closed beta key can check out the WildStar site and only have to click on the “Sign Up For Beta” key. Access the WildStar site by clicking here.

This is what players can expect from the new content:

  • The Alpha Sanctum: A new instance that will introduce players to the WildStar storyline a lot sooner than it used to. Thanks to the creative gameplay, unique surroundings and captivating storyline, Alpha Sanctum presents its secrets of Nexus in an unforgettable way.
  • Madame Fay’s Fortunes: Discover new treasures with Madame Fay’s Fortunes. An exciting reward system that can turn a small investment into big profits with the help of our favourite Lopp fortune-teller, Madame Fay.
  • New Player Experience: A refurbished Arkship welcomes newcomers to WildStar and offer everybody an option to choose where there adventure in Nexus begins, based on their MMO-experience. Character Creation has been revalued so that players can make better choices.
  • Loyalty Program: Every player who ever invested money in WildStar by subscribing to the game, redeem C.R.E.D.D. or buying MTX items will now be able to earn points in the Loyalty System. These points can be used to obtain additional gear, items, pets, mounts and many more.
  • Quality-of-Life: A diversity of quality-of-life improvements have been added, including a sprint function, improved navigation points, daily login rewards and much more
