10 Awesome Years of World of Warcraft

In order to celebrate the upcoming 10th anniversary of the immensly popular World of Warcraft that was first released in 2004 on the 23th of November 2014, Blizzard Entertainment is offering players some special events to help commemorate the occasion.

Starting the 21st of November up until the 6th of January, Players will be able to enjoy and update 40-player Raid Finder version of the Molten Core raid. Aside from that PvP-loving players will also be able to enjoy battling in a new Team Deathmatch styled battleground in Tarren Mill vs Southshore. Lastly, every player that logs in during this periode will be able to claim a new companion pet, the Molten Corgi.

From Blizzard itself, live community events will be held in London, Paris and Berlin on Saturday, the 22nd of November here. Fans will be able to enter all kinds of fun activities where they can win prizes, like a WoW dance or Costume contests.

The last thing to help celebrate the occasion is the ability to relive a decade of adventures in World of Warcraft: Looking for Group here. This documentary shows 10 years fo WoW told by the staff that made the game possible together with those that play it.
