The Prince of Darkness swoops into Dead by Daylight
Dead by Daylight introduces Dracula as its newest killer! The legendary vampire will be available August 6 via the Steam public test build, with the official release on August 27. This exciting addition to the game is part of a collaboration with Konami. It brings elements from the long-running Castlevania series into Dead by Daylight.In the game, Dracula’s powers are tied to his castle, which The Entity has brought into its realm. When Dracula is the killer in a Trial with an Original Map, players will see the castle on the horizon, adding to the ominous atmosphere. His abilities are formidable, challenging even experienced Survivors. Dracula, Dead by Daylight’s first shapeshifting killer and vampire, is both regal and terrifying. His abilities include conjuring flames, stealthily approaching as a bat, and hunting relentlessly as a wolf.
It’s not just Dracula that’s joining the fray either: Trevor Belmont, a member of the Belmont clan, known for battling dark forces, joins Dead by Daylight as a new Survivor. First introduced in Castlevania III: Dracula’s Curse in 1989, Trevor is known for his teamwork and vampire-hunting skills, embodying the values of his lineage. Dead by Daylight: Castlevania is available on PC in Steam public test build and will officially release on August 27th.
