Take a look at a brand new gameplay trailer for their highly-anticipated (and hopefully better) return in Asterix & Obelix: Slap Them All! 2 below. In this 2D Beat’em Up game, players will immerse themselves in the imaginative world created by René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo. They will have the opportunity to take on adversaries and utilize their unique abilities, whether going solo or teaming up in local co-op mode. The story kicks off with Justforkix’s arrival, seeking aid to clear his father’s name. The Roman emblem, the Aquila of Lutetia, has been stolen, leading to the wrongful imprisonment of an innocent man. To unravel this mystery, Asterix and Obelix embark on a journey to Lutetia, employing their signature slap moves to gather vital information. Slap Them All! 2 offers a captivating storyline and diverse in-game locations, ranging from enigmatic ruins to grand Roman encampments. Along the way, players will encounter elements of humor, emotion, and thrilling encounters that propel the narrative.
This sequel to the original Slap Them All! introduces more challenging adversaries and formidable bosses, along with fresh gameplay features. Asterix and Obelix can unleash charged moves, activate Fury mode to enhance their strength, and execute devastating Ultimate attacks. Players can also interact with the environment by destroying objects and employing them during combat.
