Back 4 Blood’s future outlined!
Warner Bros Games and Turtle Rock Studios have unveiled their post-launch content roadmap for Back 4 Blood today. Various free updates and a season pass for the first-person co-op zombie shooter will arrive this year and beyond. Among the free update content will be a solo offline modus with campaign progression, a new difficulty level, a new co-op mode, all new maps and a new map type, a Christmas-themed event, and more.
The roadmap also lays out the first expansion included in the Back 4 Blood season pass, titled Tunnels of Terror. This expansion is set to be available in 2022. Tunnels of Terror brings new story content, new playable Cleaners and Ridden, a new activity type, new weapons and maps, and exclusive skins. More information will be provided at a later date. The season pass will contain not just Tunnels of Terror but also two as of yet unrevealed expansions. It’s available now separately or included in the digital only Back 4 Blood Deluxe Edition and the Back 4 Blood Ultimate Edition. Back 4 Blood is available now on PS4, PS5, PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
