Bandai Namco’s new RPG Code Vein II is coming to PC and consoles next year

When we previewed the original Code Vein back in 2019, we called it ‘Anime Dark Souls’. The RPG made by Bandai Namco got quite some success, and they took their time working on a proper sequel that could live up to the hype. And now it’s finally time. Code Vein II is coming to PC and consoles on January 30th of next year, though it’s already available for pre-order now. Set foot into a whole new dark fantasy world and fight some amazing-looking bosses, a few of which you can catch a glance of in the trailer below. With the new partner system in combat, you can switch seamlessly between two different playing styles. And as is the norm for most RPGs these days, Code Vein II promises a highly customizable protagonist, allowing players to alter their character to their own preferences. Want some extra treats? For those interested, there will be Deluxe, Ultimate, and Collector’s editions of the game available through the official Bandai Namco site. Their versions of the game come with various downloadable DLC and cosmetics, and in the case of the Collector’s Edition, even a statue and artbook.
