Blizzard Entertainment announces Warcraft III: Reforged

Blizzard Entertainment have revealed Warcraft III: Reforged, a complete remake of the revolutionary Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos and its expansion The Frozen Throne. This remake sees these award-winning games being completely recreated from scratch.

Relive events like the founding of Orgrimmar, the fall of Lordaeron, the rise of the Lich King and many other iconic events that make up the history of Azeroth like you never have. This can be done from four perspectives: the mighty Orcs, the noble Humans, the Night Elves and the Undead Scourge.

Absolutely everything has been remade in Warcraft III: Reforged. From characters to environment and from cutscenes to voice-overs. Every single one of the 60 campaign missions has been reimagined, refreshing and invigorating important characters like Sylvanas Windrunner and Arthas Menethil.

Warcraft III: Reforged also includes an improved World Editor. This new World Editor includes tons of new tools and features, enabling mapmakers to be even more imaginative with their custom worlds.

Warcraft III: Reforged will release in 2019. The game can be pre-purchased today, either in the Standard version and the Spoils of War Edition, which includes one of a kind skins for four of the game’s hero units, as well as bonuses in various other games such as World of Warcraft and Hearthstone.
