Borderlands 3 expands with two free content updates
Two new free content updates are now available for Borderlands 3. Mayhem Mode 2.0 is set to evolve the post-campaign gameplay while Revenge of the Cartels entices players with limited time activities and loot. Mayhem Mode is unlocked after players have completed the main storyline campaign. In this mode, players can crank up the game’s difficulty in exchange for better loot. The 2.0 update for Mayhem Mode adds more variety, longevity and most importantly lucrativeness. No less than 25 game-changing modifications are introduced with the new update. Some will aid players while others will increase the challenges they face.
The other update, Revenge of the Cartels, is a free in-game event that will be active until the 4th of June. In Revenge of the Cartels, players will be able to enter a completely new area, meet previously unseen types of enemies and collect tons of gear, including new Legendaries and Anointments. The updates are available now for free to all players of Borderlands 3. The game is available on PC, Xbox One and PS4.
