Brazilian developer Trialforge Studio and publisher Tate Multimedia are proud to announce their upcoming soulslike RPG Deathbound, a game that’s a trailblazer for the genre in multiple ways. In a universe where science and religion have clashed with terrible results, you must brave armies of horrific creatures with your party of heroes, switching between player characters seamlessly. Absorb the life force of those who have fallen before you, and unlock special abilities that can be combined with gear to optimize your playstyle. Deathbound promises an interesting world full of lore, amazing boss battles, and a few twists on the soulslike genre. A demo will be released as part of the Steam Next Fest on February 5th. The game itself will also launch somewhere in 2024 for PC.
