Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker out now in Europe!
Shin Megami Tensei fans rejoice! The next installment of the series, a turn-based strategy RPG called Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker, is out now in Europe for the Nintendo 3DS. Just before the apocalypse, thrill-seekers registered on a website that promised fake videos of their friends being killed. But when people where just wondering what the videos could mean, an invasion began- and humanity has to struggle to survive. When the same website uploads an app that summons demons on their mobile phones, the main protagonist and his friends become the chosen protectors of mankind. The protagonist needs to take care, however; your decisions can save or kill your friends.
Key features in the game are:
- Tactical combat with Demon fusion- the strategy of fusing demons to create a stronger army is back!
- Choose your own fate- actions have consequences, and the wrong ones can end in perma death for characters. Therefore, there are multiple endings to this game
- Extra content- expansion of the original Devil Survivor 2 storyline and gameplay, with the additional mystery of Miyako Hotsuin to unfurl
- New personalities- Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker gets full English story dialogue, bringing the characters to life
