In the nearby future, a little while after the Brexit, London is on the brink of collapse. Corrupt private military corporations have taken control of the city and have installed a totalitarian regime. They are watching you at all times thanks to sophisticated surveillance systems. To make matters worse, crime is on the rise and the streets aren’t safe for regular citizens. It’s time to rise up and take a stand! Watch Dogs Legion is introducing a system called “Play as Anyone” implying that you’ll be able to play as any of the inhabitants of London. Every inhabitant will have his or her own life being simulated with their own background story and routines.
Watch Dogs Legion will have 3 special editions being Gold, Ultimate and Collector’s Editions. The Gold Edition will add a Season Pass to the game. The Ultimate Edition will combine the Season Pass of the Gold Edition with the Ultimate digital content and a 4 week VIP Status which increases your experience and currency gain. Finally the Collector’s Edition will combine all the above with a LED Ded Coronet Masker, an exclusive steelbook, some stickers and a poster. Players who purchase a special edition will also be able to play the game 3 days ahead of launch. Speaking about collectibles, they also revealed the next Ubicollectibles figurine : Watch Dogs Legion: Resistant of London.
