First multiplayer gameplay trailer for Homefront: The Revolution revealed
The first multiplayer gameplay trailer for Homefront: Revolution has been revealed under the staggering title “Freedom Fighters”, featuring the brand new four-player online co-op Resistance Mode. Together with your friends, you form a cell of rebellions and engage in guerrilla missions against the militant forces of the Korean People’s Army better known as the KPA. All of this takes place in the occupied region of Philadelphia.
While the epic single player campaign contains more than 30 hours of gameplay, you’ll be able to expand this with several more hours thanks to the 12 replayable missions in the Resistance Mode which will be available at launch. Dambuster Studios promises to release up to 20 additional missions within the first year. These missions will be available free of charge.
The Resistance Mode will be available for closed beta testing exclusively on Xbox One from 11 February until 14 February. Access to the beta however is limited and the only way to gain access is with an Xbox One Beta Token which you can win by participating in various giveaways organized by Deep Silver and Microsoft Xbox themselves.
