Gamamia – Weekly lists of indie games

Once in a while you’ll come across some sweet community driven website’s that do their best to spread the word of great indie games they’ve found. Gamamia is one of those community driven website’s and it focuses purely on discovering the lost gems that indie games often are. You can find, share and discuss indie games most of us has never even heard of in their weekly and daily lists.

This week’s list is made of some excellent titles such as Whispering Willows and A Good Snowman is Hard to Build but there are some other gems out there that we would like to share with you.

Unwind is a colorful upbeat game in which you need to rotate the block to stay on the path, which changes with the rhythm of the game. It’s a minimalistic version of Super Hexagon but this doesn’t mean it’s any less harder!

lost constellation

Lost Constellation is a Longest Night ghost story in which you travel the frozen woods in a folktale from the very same world as the one you can find in Night in the Woods. It’s a charming adventure game with puzzle solving elements. The game can be looked at as a side-story, created for Night in the Woods.

pivot

Pivot is a minimalistic, challenging arcade game in which you need to avoid walls and flying obstacles and gather as many points as you can. It’s the classic Nokia game Snake, only ten times more minimalistic and beautiful at the same time. You should also check out Bing Bong from the same developers.

Gamamia has many other games that you should definitely check out. Many of the games they are discussing are free, depending on what platform they have come out on. You’ll be able to find at least one indie gem that suits your needs!
