Goblin Delight has announced Longjuice Squeeze, a roguelite extraction fighter, that is coming to Steam later this year. Set in a surreal and unconventional world, players take on the role of fermentationists competing for a place at the Royal Tasting. Longjuice Squeeze combines elements of fighting games, roguelites, and extraction mechanics to create a high-stakes multiplayer experience. Players compete in best-of-three Flavor Rites, facing either AI-controlled opponents or real players in multiplayer mode. At the start of each duel, both players wager an item, with the winner claiming both as a reward. Once a homunculus wins 100 Flavor Rites, it is juiced and presented to the Lord Alchemist. If the flavor does not meet his standards, players receive a new homunculus and continue refining their skills.
