Hammerting leaves Early Access today for its full launch!
The wait for Hammerting, the dwarven mining sim, is finally over. Today, Team17 and Warpzone Studios have released the full launch version of the game, after a successful Early Access release. To celebrate the launch of the new game, a hoard of new content has been added, alongside online co-op multiplayer gameplay. In Hammerting, players take control of a colony of dwarvish denizens and must forge the most efficient mine possible, utilizing every tool at their disposal to craft the ultimate subterranean base. Alongside the aforementioned co-op, today’s launch introduces a slew of new game mechanics that make Hammerting a much deeper experience. Overworld Factions will wage war with one another, the ‘Book of Tings’ has received new text and images, with categorized topics. ‘Hammertings’ can be organized in the Great Hall, granting bonuses to the Mountain Home.
These new features are accompanied by new items, materials, and recipes as well as performance updates, gameplay tweaks, and bug fixes. Of course, the hoard of updates that were added to the game throughout its time in Steam Early Access are still present as well, building upon the solid foundation that was present from Hammerting’s initial days. Hammerting is currently available to purchase with a launch discount of 33% making it $16.74/£13.39/€16.74. The game is available on Steam, GOG and the Epic Games Store.
