Heroes of Might and Magic celebrates its birthday and announces new faction
Heroes of Might and Magic is a by now classic franchise when it comes to RPG, even if the most recent entry we’ve looked at was way back in 2015 with Heroes of Might and Magic III: HD Edition. The games have grown into a staple of turn-based strategy, and the newest entry into the series, Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era, will follow in those footsteps. While the game is coming into Early Access later this year, the developers teased a new faction recently called the Schism. These Nordic folks living in the mountains call upon ancient powers to summon eldritch beings that will fight at their side. How exciting! If you want more news about what might be next for Heroes of Might and Magic, the franchise will celebrate its official 30th birthday on October 9th. To commemorate, Ubisoft will drop exclusive content for viewers on their Twitch and Youtube channels, so be sure to check that out if you’re interested in getting some previews.
