House of the Dragon is headed to DVD & Blu-ray next month!
The reign of House Targaryen begins as Warner Bros. Home Entertainment releases House of the Dragon: The Complete First Season on home media. This release of course includes all ten episodes of HBO’s hit series, alongside more than an hour of bonus features. House of the Dragon debuted on Sunday the 21st of August to the largest audience for a new original series in HBO history and the best launch of a series on HBO Max in the US, Latin America, and Europe. All episodes of the series have now averaged 29 million viewers in the US, more than tripling the average viewership on debut with strong catch-up ratings. Based on George R.R. Martin’s Fire & Blood, the series, set 200 years before the events of Game of Thrones, tells the story of House Targaryen.
