Kongo joins the Civilization VI team
Civilization VI will have some refreshing elements and a new participant is one of them. Kongo will join the scene, led by Mvemba a Nzinga or King Afonso I. His reign is most famous by trying to spread Christianity and to increase the activities with Portugal to try to modernize his country. There are also some other elements that make this an interesting figure, as he defeated his half-brother in an open conflict in order to claim the throne, while the relationship with Portugal was rather unstable at times.
