League of Legends’ Space Groove 2021 well underway

It’s hard to imagine that League of Legends started dabbling with online free-to-play content back in 2009, and is still keeping its fanbase relatively happy. While, like in any online game, LoL is also plagued by grieving players who are acting quite aggressively towards their fellow players, we keep seeing improvements in the quality of the game, as well as its community. With improvements also come new content updates, as well as special events when the season (or situation) demands it. We have had wacky events, where cooldowns were basically non-existent, but also events where the snowy period around the holidays was a central theme. This time, however, we are looking at Space Groove, which is an event where you’ll have to pick a side, to win tokens by clearing missions.

Of course, as we have seen in the past, these events also make way for new skins to be introduced, adding a bit of a celebration to these new releases. For example, there is a skin for Nasus, which is probably one of the most beginner-friendly champions to pick from. That being said, this easy-to-learn champion is quite hard to master. On top of that, there is also an announcement for Gwen, who is only to be released during the next patch. This patch should normally drop in roughly a week, and then you will also be able to enjoy this new champion, as well as her Space Groove outfit.

More details can be found on the official League of Legends website.
