New trailer for Trials of Mana shows a charming thief and a determined princess
Today, Square Enix launched the final character trailer for the much-anticipated Trials of Mana. This trailer showcases two characters from the cast of six playable heroes. First up is Hawkeye, a relaxed and charming young man, who hails from the desert fortress of Nevarl. This fortress is the home of a guild of noble thieves. The second character introduced in this trailer is the young princess Riesz. Her home is the mountain-filled kingdom of Laurent. Riesz is not just a princess: she’s also the captain of the famous Amazon guard. She’s both iron-willed and kind-hearted.
Trials of Mana is the latest entry in the beloved Mana series. The game tells the story of six heroes that unite to fight evil in a world where the power of Mana has weakened. Players can craft their own team of three from these unique characters and join them on their journey to protect the essence of Mana. The game is a modern remake of Seiken Densetsu 3. It is set for release on Steam, Switch, and PS4 on April 24th, 2020. Players that purchase the game before May 21st, 2020 will receive a Rabite Adornment DLC, allowing them to level up easier until they reach level 10. Digital purchases on PS4 and Steam before May 21st, are also rewarded with exclusive content: PS4 owners will receive an exclusive avatar-set, whereas Steam owners will receive a wallpaper-set.
