New trailer shows the exciting combat of Echoes of Aincrad
Echoes of Aincrad is an upcoming RPG by Bandai Namco set in the Sword Art Online universe. Though we’ll instantly put your mind at ease: you don’t need an in-depth knowledge of the anime to enjoy this game, unlike a few of the previous Sword Art Online games. Echoes of Aincrad is a more classic RPG experience, with your character fighting through different floors of a flying castle while raking up exp. The trailer below shows off the combat in particular, which is said to be fluid and immersive, going for a real-time approach. If you’re interested, Echoes of Aincrad can already be pre-ordered now, though the actual release isn’t planned until July 10th.
