NIS announces April release date for Disaster Report 4

Today, NIS announced the launch date for the upcoming fourth entry in the Disaster Report series. The fourth game, titled Summer Memories, will launch in America, Europe, and Oceania on April 7th, 2020. The game places players in the aftermath of a massive earthquake. With the world as they know it gone, they must navigate through a destroyed Japanese city where their choices determine who survives.

The Disaster Report series puts ordinary people in extraordinary circumstances, and Summer Memories does exactly that. Forced through navigating familiar environments in unfamiliar circumstances, players will be confronted with collapsing buildings, raging fires and other survivors. The high level of realism in the situations encountered was achieved by a close collaboration with the Kobe City Fire Bureau. Every decision players need to make must be carefully evaluated, as it can determine the safety of the player and the NPC survivors alike. These crucial choices will affect the course of the experience and ultimately determine how players will end their journey through the crisis. The game is set to launch on PS4, Switch, and PC.
