Puzzle book becomes video game in 49 Keys
If you’re not Italian, you might have never heard of 49 Chiavi. This is an Italian ‘game book’, a book that contains puzzles which you need to solve while reading. Sound obscure? The book was a massive success in its home country in 2022 and even made several best-seller lists. Solo developer and author of said book Michele Buonanno wanted to bring it to a wider audience in the form of a proper video game. The title was translated to 49 Keys for the occasion. Experience the same narrative-driven horror adventure from behind your screen as you uncover ancient texts with dark secrets.
