BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe and Double Fine Productions are proud to announce the upcoming release of RAD, their post-apocalyptic 3D action rogue-like game. While the name of the game doesn’t reveal much, the genre might be trying to overcompensate. In Rad you take control of a teenager and his pet bat. They are wandering the post-apocalyptic dessert in search for a cure for the planet. The world has turned into an ever-shifting radioactive wasteland. While they venture deeper into the desert, their bodies get mutated by the radioactive environment which grants them new abilities.
