Real life Isle of Man TT 2020 goes virtual
Due to the current global situation, NACON and KT Racing are teaming up with Isle of Man TT Races to organise TT Ride on the Edge 2020, an online racing event within TT Isle of Man – Ride on the Edge 2. The event is part of the “TT Lock-in” programme set up by the government of the Isle of Man. The event starts with an invitational where experienced players of the game and invitees take on one another in the first virtual version of the famous race. Spectators will be able to follow this event through various social media channels as well as iomttraces.com. Davey Todd, Conor Cummins and Peter Hickman are just a few of the participants in this unique competition, which will take place between the 2nd and the 6th of June.
Afterwards, players from around the world can participate in TT Isle of Man – Ride on the Edge 2 in an open competition, which will be held between the 13th and 25th of June. They’ll be competing for the grand prize: a two person trip to the Isle of Man TT in 2021, where they’ll be able to meet their heroes. The second prize is a limited edition TT 2020 Arai helmet.
