Revisit the Sinking City as a new update improves performance and adds free DLC
Frogwares announced that a new console patch for investigation game The Sinking City adds some much-needed improvements to the game. The patch was delayed for a variety of reasons, but to make up for this delay, additional enhancements and free outfit DLC have been made available for all players. The new outfits can be found in the player wardrobe at the Devil’s Reef Hotel after completing the first quest.
After the update, players should notice a variety of changes, including a better framerate, improved crowd and pedestrian behavior and new sound- and visual effects for weapons. For now, this update is only available for the console versions of The Sinking City, but it will be released for PC as well in the near future. The PC update will add additional PC focused fixes as well. Testing is currently underway on multiple hardware setups and configurations.
